A charming apartment to rent in Rosas, with a view to the sea, which belongs to the residential set “Royal Marina”, opposite the marsh of Santa Margarita, in the centre of the bay.
It consists of a community swimming-pool, outdoor parking and communal gardens. From its spacious balcony you enjoy the view of the gorgeous channels of Santa Margarida. The apartment is on 3rd floor. It has got 3 bedrooms, a sitting-room with TV, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one of them with a bath and another one with a shower) and a balcony with a view to the sea.

The apartment we offer is available for 6 persons.

It is placed 15 min. to the beach.
